We needed to build the brand from the ground up. Our client came to us with a vision, and we were responsible for turning that idea into a business. Punch’s engagement began with a detailed discovery phase. We needed to ask a variety of questions in order to best choose a name that represented our client as well as her mission. With this information, we developed the business name, tagline and design. Because there was no previous website, we developed the messaging and organized the content hierarchy. This was an important step as Altea Group offers a variety of services specific to different types of audiences. We needed to educate the audience on Altea Group’s mission and process, while articulating the services offered. Our copywriters, content strategists, designers and developers followed a collaborative process to turn Altea Group from a vision to a full-fledged brand.
