Tysons Park Place is the epicenter for opportunity. Located in the heart of Tysons, the 18 story property is the ideal environment for businesses that want to reach success in style. Cushman & Wakefield reached out to Punch to build a supporting brand and website that captured the property’s value. We selected a professional yet subtle color palette to put the focus on imagery. We leveraged animation throughout and developed an interactive map to create an engaging experience. Our messaging primarily focused on the amenities and surrounding neighborhood, especially the proximity to the Capital Beltway. Now potential tenants can fall in love with the building before even walking through the front door.
