1901 L Street is a premiere office space in the heart of Washington D.C. With 202,000 square feet of office space, a penthouse and 360 views° of D.C., we needed to create an engaging website that brought amenities to the forefront. Because this is a high-end space, we also needed to pinpoint the target audience and craft messaging accordingly. To accomplish our goals, we developed a photo-driven website. We brought in animation to create interactions and highlight key metrics. In addition, we created a unique, animated graphic showing an up-to-date overview of available office space. As a result, 1901 L St. has a clean, sleek website built to help tenants find their perfect office.
